also have its own favorite food is lawar, maybe you all are not so aware of

feels.
Lawar is a traditional food of
the island of Bali, lawar usually served at religious ceremonies, at the
celebration party, and certainly in the stalls selling traditional Balinese
cuisine. Lawar generally made from young jackfruit chopped - chopped, some are

INGREDIENTS:
LAWAR :
150 gr young jackfruit, boiled a
little mature, roughly chopped
100 gr ground beef, cooked with a

200 gr cowhide, boiled, cut into
matchsticks
250 gr grated coconut, roasted
SPICE:
10 cloves of garlic and 6 grains
of red onion sliced, fried mashed into one.

25 gr green chilies sliced, and 2
pieces of lime leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp fried with shrimp paste
1 tablespoon seasoning JATON have

1 tbsp lemon juice
HOW TO MAKE RICE LAWAR BEEF:
1. Mix all seasoning ingredients
rnenjadi one, add boiled young jackfruit and chopped and stir well.
2. Add ground beef and cowhide
that has been boiled, stir well and set aside.
3. Lawar Serve beef with rice,
chips lung, liver thin fries, crackers rambak,
sliced tomato and cucumber, and
chili fries.
